History

Begun by Jim Richard in 1992 as a fundraiser for Lafayette Catholic Service Center, Cajun Comic Relief has become one of the area’s most successful and enduring charity events. Over the past 25 years, it has raised more than $1.2 million for local non-profit organizations. Other beneficiaries have included Goodwill Industries, Mission Vets, the D.R.E.A.M. Foundation, and Hospice of Acadiana. We look forward to continuing the tradition with Cajun Comic Relief XXVI on March 10, 2018
